, iowa, colorado, new hampshire. virginia and nevada weren't called until early this morning, after he was declared the projected winner. still outstanding, florida, where, at 2:00 a.m., people were still in line, voting. florida still counting that vote, not to mention, we're told thousands of absentee ballots that haven't even been touched yet. it could be this afternoon before we know how florida voted. that's the latest, i'm tracie potts. >> with president obama solidified for another four years, california public schools no longer in limbo. prop 38 which would have raised funds for schools by increasing taxes on a sliding scale, this one has failed. overnight, prop 30 does pass. prop 30 is governor brown's personal tax initiative. this one will increase taxes on earnings over $250,000 for seven years. it will raise the sales tax by a quarter percent for four years. and it will fund public schools and public safety realignments. for more on prop 30, the devastating cuts that are avoided, let's turn things over to christy smith. live in sacramento and she has more on governor brown'
